Yes I think that's great and will inform any discussion that the EOB chooses to have. I think my list is more long-term as there is no mention of appealing to potential users or the "next-gen" thing in the description there.


I think also that the Oversight Board should appoint the Release Managers. 

Maybe we also should be able to use funds to sponsor development of strategic needs especially if no one is sponsoring something we think is strategic .
