Hi,

I will be shortly sending out a Doodle for finding the preferred day
and time of week for ongoing meetings for the following year.  I would
like to schedule the next meeting for next week.

Following up on a suggestion that some of you have made, I would like
us to consider holding the EOB meetings on IRC.  We can treat the next
one as an experiment.  Can I get the sense of the room on this
suggestion?
