[Eg-oversight-board] Call for agenda items

FY15 conference. Is it time to get some volunteers from the community to 
start the site selection process?

Also, during the spring, we had some brief discussions about whether the 
community should be seeing the conference as a way to raise funds or if 
we should be trying to keep costs as affordable as possible. I have my 
own opinion on that question, but I think it would be worthwhile to have 
a full discussion on that question before the site selection process 
begins so that future organizers know what the expectations are.
