From the minutes - looks like a productive meeting was held yesterday - sorry to have missed it.

Re: AGREED: The EOB is in favor of calling a resource allocator summit, and requests a fleshed-out proposal from interested parties, including Ben Hyman

I will pull together a wireframe before our next meeting, and invite comments.
