[Eg-oversight-board] Call for agenda items - 21.08.14 meeting

I'm not sure if this is an agenda item or not, but at the summit earlier 
this year, I remember a comment about consistency in the community.  The 
comment was made that often times momentum is lost when a community 
member makes a career change that, unfortunately for us, removes the 
individual from the Evergreen community and the work s/he is doing. 
With Shauna's recent departure I was reminded of this comment.

Maybe something like this already exists and I am unaware of it, but 
could there be a place for Evergreen libraries to post job openings, to 
help us nurture consistency within the community?  Perhaps a simple job 
listings page on the Web site would be adequate, similar to the vendor 
page.  By doing so, we would be presenting existing community members 
with opportunities to advance their  careers, without leaving the 
Evergreen community.   I think it would fit within goal c.ii., "support 
and facilitate the growth of the international community of Evergreen 
users.," but I could be wrong.

Just a thought.
