[Eg-oversight-board] selection of EventBrite as EG2015 registration platform

Noting here that in a poll conducted by email during the evening of 19.12.14, the EG EOB elected to use EventBrite as the EG2015 conference registration platform.
Kathy Lussier will be opening registration asap to ensure that the project captures year end revenue, while SFC keeps us advised re: EventBrite's administrative fee.
