[Eg-oversight-board] 2015 Evergreen Oversight Board Elections: Call for Nominations + Voter Registration

My preference is option 1 as well -- I'd prefer to see one email with
all candidate statements than several emails.
Though I guess option 2 doesn't necessarily preclude collecting
candidate statements & sending out an email.
I'd just rather have all candidate statements in one place, for ease of
reading/comparing.
