[Eg-oversight-board] EOB Meeting

Hi Ruth and all,

I'm sorry about that, this week got carried away from me because of
fancy footwork with the upcoming Evergreen 2.9 beta (which is due out
later this afternoon!)

In lieu of not having sent out a reminder or agenda, this is formal
notice that yes, we are planning to cancel the Oversight board meeting
tomorrow afternoon, Thursday, August 20.

We will schedule another meeting in September and otherwise conduct
business as normal through email and other channels in the interim.

Thanks everyone, will try to get more cohesive notes out on details next.
