[Eg-oversight-board] Courier costs

Hi all,

To be clear on the costs, the $2,000 for the recording is the cost if we 
record one room at the conference. Is that right? I'm not objecting, and 
it sure is more than we offered last year, but I just want to make sure 
we're all on the same page.

I think the shuttle is something we need given the distance of the 
conference location from the airport. I also think we need to get this 
taken care of quickly so that the shuttle times can be shared with the 
community as they make their travel plans (if they haven't done so already.)

I would support an increase of $1,000 in the shuttle line and a 
corresponding decrease of $1,000 in the recording line. Buzzy, could you 
plug these numbers into a revised budget that we can vote on so I have 
something to send to the Conservancy if and when the budget is approved?
