[Eg-oversight-board] Fwd: new Mozilla program to fund projects they rely on

Historically Evergreen uses Mozilla code not the other way around and even
that connection is going away with our move to the web based staff client.
And while the modern Mozilla code base is a very different beast then what
we are using I think most of us will be glad to put a tombstone up over xul
14 when the time comes.
