[Eg-oversight-board] Fwd: new Mozilla program to fund projects they rely on

It does seem that this applies to projects that directly benefit
Mozilla, so doesn't appear EG would qualify. If Karen has a direct
line to confirm that, then fine to follow up, but I don't think we can
take advantage of this, unfortunately!
