[Eg-oversight-board] Financial update

Thanks Yamil, I always find it difficult to read this because it does not
appear a straight Income Statement and it's not a balance sheet.  in any
case, what is $-240,928.14 (Income: Evergreen)
and  $203,732.35  (Expenses:Evergreen).  Are these totals?
