The report includes a hierarchy of categories, and the indentation is
significant (but is can be hard to make out in the email). Here's a
paste of the report that uses a fixed-width font:

The report is saying that a total of $203,732.25 was committed as
expenses for the project, of which $3,646.73 come from banking fees,
$188,595.18 from conferences, etc., with the conference total broken
out into $25,321.45 AV, and so forth.  Does this help?
