[Eg-oversight-board] Outstanding action items and a few questions

Thanks for all the thoughts thus far.
I do think we have some critical issues we need to address such as the
continuation of our relationship with the SFC ... (still no response from
them on the issue of the missing $3k check from the Evergreen conference,
btw).
We also need to review, re-write, and vote on updated Rules of Governance.
I think we would be able to get more accomplished in a room together
face-to-face for 2 full days than we would otherwise.  Of course, we could
certainly make teleconferencing available for those who absolutely can't
make it.  But if it's going to be more than 1/3 of the Board who can't make
an in person meeting then that limits the usefulness.
