[Eg-oversight-board] RM report for today's EOB meeting

Hi all,

I won't be able available during today's Oversight Board meeting, so I'm 
sending the 2.12 RM report via e-mail:

I have some time carved out next week to focus on the web client. 
Specifically, I want to schedule one or two web client hacking days and 
to identify bugs that need to be addressed before sites can start using 
the web client in production on a trial basis.

Also, I do not have an Outreach Committee report for today's meeting.
