Chris, did you ask the Conservancy about this seemingly erroneous
registration? I can check with someone from NC to see if she's on their
registration list.

Andrea

I did not register. I was only looking on the website to see information about the program. Please remove my name. I work at a library and can only attend free webinars.

Thank you for registering on 2016-02-04 for one of the conferences organized by Software Freedom Conservancy. Our records show that you registered for a conference run by Conservancy's Evergreen project in the amount of $660.00.

Conservancy is a USA 501(c)(3) charity incorporated in the state of New York, and our federal tax-exempt identification number is 41-2203632. Please note, however, since your payment was related to one of our conferences, the full amount is *not* eligible for a potential tax deduction in the USA.

Specifically, Conservancy's records reflect that only $64.52 is considered a charitable donation, and that is the only portion of your payment that is eligible for a tax deduction in the USA. We encourage you to consult your tax attorney and the USA IRS' website for more information.

If you have additional questions regarding this issue for Conservancy, please don't hesitate to contact us by replying to this email.

Sincerely,
Bradley M. Kuhn
President, Software Freedom Conservancy
