I contacted Susan and explained that the email she had received was a confirmation response to her signing up several library staff members to the Evergreen Conference. 
She had not realized that the SFC was involved in the financial management of the conference and she was concerned that the email she had received from the SFC was a scam.  
I cleared this out with her and she confirmed that she did want to sign up these five staff members to the conference for a total of $660 paid with her library's credit card information through Paypal. 

I believe that things are clear for her, and her staff's registrations went through Eventbrite just fine, so I trust that there won't be any more issues.
