[Eg-oversight-board] Meeting time at EG Conference

It seems that the general preference is morning, so, do we want to do a 
breakfast meeting?  730-9am or something?

I can check to see if the breakfast situation is similar to last year -- 
if so we can grab a table in the corner on Friday morning and conduct 
our business.

This would presume that the election of new members is concluded by the 
end of the day Thursday.
