[Eg-oversight-board] Committee chair for the ROG Review committee?

I went back to the minutes of May 15 on this (

Here is the charge of the ROGER Comittee

--Community member Elizabeth McKinney specifically requested that the
Evergreen Oversight Board undertake a review of the Evergreen Rules of
Governance, section 2.8. Conflicts of Interest.
--A committee will be created to review the Rules of Governance and
identify areas of improvement/clarification.

As Grace indicated, Garry, Mike, Ron, Ruth, Terran, and I will be on this
committee.  I'm assuming we can meet in IRC for the first meeting.  I have
set up a doodle poll to try and schedule this first meeting.
