[Eg-oversight-board] Nominations for EOB

All right then, hearing no objections, can I get a quick email vote in from
everyone asap?
The question before the Board is: Shall we extend the nomination period for
one week which will also shift the election period for the EOB seats to
week 5 and officer nominations/voting to week 6?

I vote +1, myself.
