[Eg-oversight-board] Board Nomination: Garry Collum

I would like to nominate Garry Collum of Kenton County Public Library, KY
to serve on the Evergreen Oversight Board.

Kenton County Public Library has been using Evergreen as its ILS since
8/21/2012.   Garry has an MLS from the University of North Texas.   Before
his life as a System's Administrator, he was a Branch Librarian and
Reference Librarian at Harris County Public Library and a Science Librarian
at the University of North Texas.  Prior to his involvement with Evergreen
he was very active in the Koha community with patch submissions.

Garry would be a wonderful addition to the EOB.  I have known him for
several years myself - he is a real pleasure to work with.
