[Eg-oversight-board] EOB Meeting - Agenda Item: Hack-a-way Reimbursement

Hi all--

This will be on the agenda for today's meeting - Hack-a-way reimbursement
for Bibliomation (Amy Terlaga).

This is what I'm submitting to the EOB (see attached).

Reminder:

The Board decided to set aside $1,500 of funds from the general Evergreen
budget for the purpose of approved travel stipends for the EOB meetings
during the Hack-a-way (not to exceed $500 per person) to be distributed on
a first come first served basis.
