[Eg-oversight-board] Hackaway meeting

Mike,
It would be helpful if the developers could outline which hour or two each
day they want to set aside for the "talking" portion of the agenda items
for the hackaway.  Then we could schedule around those times since we do
not want to interfere with the Hack-a-way's purpose.
I think there's a developer meeting next week - perhaps that could be
addressed?
