As per the discussion on the Hackaway meeting email thread<http://list.evergreen-ils.org/pipermail/eg-oversight-board/2016-September/001565.html>:

Shall the Board set aside $1,500 of funds from the general Evergreen budget for the purpose of approved travel stipends for the EOB meetings during the Hack-a-way (not to exceed $500 per person) to be distributed on a first come first served basis?
