Ron--

Thank you very much for catching that mistake.  Maegan corrected it so that
the $6,065 is now included in that calculation.

While she was adjusting that, she brought the food number counts down to
170, higher than the 150 attendee count, but that will give us our
exhibitors, too and it also still gives us our $28,000 food and beverage
minimum.

Have another look.
