[Eg-oversight-board] Meeting at Conference?

Hi Ron,
I believe that we decided Wednesday morning was the best time.  Though I
can't find documentation to support that.
The consensus seemed to be that either 8am or 9am was best for EOB members
who also planned to be at the Hackfest later that day.
