There's a Circulation Discussion Group scheduled at the conference, meeting
at 8am Friday.  Maybe you can bring it up with them to see if there's other
interest.

might want to try the open-ils-general list for interest.  The Oversight
board doesn't manage the lists or groups, thats a function more of organic
community interest.
