[Eg-oversight-board] EOB Election Results: Chair

Congratulations to Tim Spindler for being elected Chair of the Evergreen
Oversight Board!

Grace Dunbar will hand over the reins to Tim during our meeting at the
conference next week.

Next, we will vote for Vice-Chair. Mike Rylander and Ruth Frasur are on the
ballot - as before, Mike and Ruth, if you would like to respond with a
brief message indicating why you should be selected as Vice Chair, please
do so.

You will receive another automated message from OpaVote soon, and we will
keep that open until a) everyone responds, or b) 5pm EST tomorrow
(Wednesday).
