Hi everyone,
I just wanted to deliver a quick update on the conference.  We are
currently looking at roughly a $6k profit assuming there are no unexpected
costs and assuming the SFC will be able to negotiate the sales tax
exemption.  Regardless, Joe and I feel that a $6k cushion is more than
enough for any unintended expenses - especially as we still have a line
item for $2k for "misc." expenses.

Since we are currently in the black and we have merchandise to sell at the
conference, I would like to purchase a locking cash box for the Evergreen
Project to be used at any future events.
