Congratulations to Ruth Frasur, our new Vice Chair!

We have one more Officer chair to elect, and that is for Secretary. The
candidates are: Garry Collum, Sharon Herbert, Ron Gagnon, and me (Terran
McCanna).

An OpaVote ballot will be sent out shortly. As before, if any of the
candidates would like to respond with a brief pitch as to why you should be
elected as Secretary, please feel free to do so!
