[Eg-oversight-board] Evergreen ILS Page

Good morning.  I an admin for the Evergreen ILS page on Facebook.  Any
admin duties have long since passed from when we originally established a
FB presence for Evergreen.  Can I nominate Terran McCanna to take over any
true admin duties and have myself removed? Many thanks!
