[Eg-oversight-board] Quote for logo refresh

Hi all,

This is for the Outreach Committee portion of today's agenda.

The Outreach Committee has received a quote from Sam Tribble, the person 
who created the 2017 conference log, to do a refresh of the Evergreen 
logo; create an official, small version of the logo, and provide a light 
on black option. The quote for the job was $250. If there are a lot of 
adjustments or changes, she would like the flexibility to increase it to 
$300 to compensate for the additional time working on it.

The Outreach Committee believes this is a very reasonable price to get 
an updated look to our logo. Although we did have a budget approved a 
few months ago, we did not include the logo in the budget because we 
still weren't sure if we would proceed with a logo at that time. We 
therefore should have a vote from the Board to approve this expenditure 
if you all would like to move forward.
