[Eg-oversight-board] Slightly revised Sponsoroship Packet

We had to make two changes to our Sponsorship Packet for the Evergreen
conference:

-the addition of complimentary exhibit space to the Champion sponsorship
level
-the correction of the early bird deadline to 2/16/18 (mistakenly listed as
2/1/18)
