Hi all,

I'm sending along a link to Outreach Committee notes from a conference call that was held yesterday.

Of particular note, we plan to kick off a promotion today for the upcoming 3.0 release with a video series called "On the Road to 3.0" 
that will highlight all of the wonderful new things that will be coming with the 3.0 release. I'll be posting the first video early this afternoon.

We have also had discussion about refreshing the Evergreen logo, and I should have a final quote to share with you by the next Board. We have an initial cost estimate that is very reasonable, but I'm just checking to make sure we're all on the same page of what is included in the project before we make a recommendation to the Board.
