[Eg-oversight-board] State of Evergreen

Hi all,

Although I would love to see MassLNC's development initiative 
highlighted at the conference, it really is a vendor service provided by 
MassLNC rather than a community project. I don't know that it would be 
appropriate to include in the State of Evergreen.

But thanks for thinking of us Ruth!
