[Eg-oversight-board] Conflict of Interest Policy

Good afternoon,
Attached for your consideration is the proposed Conflict of Interest Policy
for the Evergreen Project.  It is just a branded version of the standard
IRS recommended boilerplate.

Scott ran it by the attorneys as part of his Form 1023 efforts and it met
with their approval.

The next step is to get it approved by the Oversight Board.  Mike, can we
get this on our next agenda?
