[Eg-oversight-board] Clarification from Amy

Hi all,

I heard from Amy yesterday evening regarding the CC tab of the
financials spreadsheet for the 2018 conference. Quoth she:

Those mysterious numbers at the end of the CC expenses tab should not
have been there.  I just used that space to tally up all of the
expenses that belonged in the conference budget as opposed to the ones
that were supposedly being accounted for in the general fund or the
outreach fund.  So if a number appears and there's nothing in that row
that has an explanation, know that it was just a carry down from a
number further up in the spreadsheet.  Hope that makes sense.

She also said that she would submit a cleaned up version, but that
won't be until after ALA at the earliest.
