All,
For reference, the attached document is the latest full draft. Following
that, Karen supplied some suggestions and the MOBIUS lawyers responded
directly to those. I have posted a set of potential changes based
initially on Karen's with further followup on this list from several folks.
For me, the most important outstanding issue surrounds indemnity. Please
see my message on this thread from May 4 at 11:44am for my thoughts on
that, and thank you, Ron, for commenting further.
My plan is to coalesce the discussion into a readline draft for the MOBIUS
lawyers to look at in one place (after confirming with all of you that I
got the consensus points correct) once everyone has had a chance to weigh
in.
