[Eg-oversight-board] EOB/Evergreen Project Meeting at the Conference

Hi everyone -

We (conference committee) have reserved a room for Wednesday, April 24 at
5:30pm (after the preconference / hackfests) for the Board Meeting.
Hopefully that will work for everyone - please let me know if you won't be
able to attend (or call in) at that time so that we know whether we'll be
able to have a quorum or not.
