[Eg-oversight-board] Outreach Update

In an ongoing attempt to minimize the amount of time I have to take up
during the meeting here is the Outreach Committee's update in advance:

- Primary content and layout on the annual report is done.  Editing passes
will begin soon.
- I've had some contradictory information about whether or not the annual
report printing sponsorship has been picked up but we hope to resolve that
shortly.  If it is picked up we still need to make sure the printing can be
paid.  Regardless of how that works out the report will be distributed as a
PDF again.
- Due to the transition from the SFC and financial component of that we
won't be doing a conference t-shirt this year but are likely to again next
year.  We will also be selling existing merchandise at this year's
conference.
- We are registering our event for ALA annual with discussion ongoing as to
how to make the listing attract more interest.  Something with the theme of
"free beer and kittens" might be used, so long as it's not misleading.
- We are still progressing towards, and will be recording, three interviews
at the conference with the theme of "I am Evergreen" featuring librarians
who serve in community roles as well.  These will be made into short clips
for the Youtube Channel and very short clips of ~15-30 seconds that can be
used on social media.  This is a trial run and if it works we may expand on
it in the next year.
- We are looking for an additional social media person for the outreach
committee but to date have had no interest.
