don't actually define any term lengths - so I endorse Galen's idea of<br>
leaving it indefinite for now.<br>

We can simply and honestly say that, as a relatively new group, we're<br>
still working through these issues and that the elections are just one<br>
step towards a better definition of our roles on the Oversight Board.<br>
<br>
And then we add it to the list of agenda items to work on in the coming<br>
year :)<br>
