Some of the resources needed, such as a test system, are things that we very reasonably can expect to have donated by one of the usual suspects.</div>
<div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">Some of the references to "EOB" in the document perhaps should become things like "volunteer project manager named by the EOB", mostly to ensure that the EOB doesn't become tied up with minutia.</div>
<div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">Since backfilling documentation is something where we would get benefit from partial work, a specific suggestion I have is to poll the community for a list of desired areas to backfill, from which a priority order could be deduced.</div>
