<div dir="ltr">I think we can easily establish a policy from existing ones. I do have a preference for using language that gives clear steps for conference participants to follow if they feel the policy is being violated and not all policies have that. I think it needs to be more than a condemnation of the behavior to saying how it will be addressed.<div>

After some discussion with Kathy and Amy, and following the example of<br>
ALA, Code4Lib, and numerous technical conferences, I would like to<br>

and to stand in solidarity with other inclusive events and<br>
