I'm afraid that I misunderstood the quote from the courier company
for the Evergreen 2015 conference. After finalizing the agreement
with them, it looks like total costs will be $4,046.76, which
includes a shuttle running between the airport and hotel on the
following days/times.<br>

<font face="Verdana">This is about $1,000 more than I budgeted.
However, I originally budgeted $4,000 for recording. I believe
that we'll actually be doing more like $2,000 worth of
recording, so there is room in the budget to account for the
discrepancy.<br>

overexpenditure. I'm happy to answer questions.<br>
