1. Ask nominees to submit a brief bio on the nomination deadline (May 1,<br>
giving all nominees 10 days before polls open to get their bios in)<br>
2. Ask nominees to submit a brief bio as part of their nomination acceptance<br>
(via note to the general list soon'ish).<br>

I'm easy - what do folks think - approach 1 or 2?<br>
