(<a href="https://evergreen-ils.org/governance/" target="_blank">See section 2.5b</a>) It just says, "One Board member shall be the official representative to the Fiscal Sponsor." The position is not included with the officer structure - it is, however, something that the SFC requires, one official point of contact for our project. In the past the role has been assigned to officers and non-officers pretty much equally. But since this is not an officer position in and of itself, I believe we can wait and assign/elect the rep at the Evergreen conference meeting.
