organization and certificate of organization accepted by the
Missouri Secretary of State for The Evergreen Project.
Additionally, our attorneys have finalized and attached the
following corporate documents for execution:</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"> (1) Initial consent of incorporator;</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">(2) Authorization to file EIN;</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">(3) EIN application- it also needs Mike
Rylander’s SSN added in 7b;</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">(4) Initial consent of directors; and</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">(5) Acceptance of directors and officers.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The bylaws are not signed, but a final copy is
attached for reference. The signed corporate documents, together
with the bylaws, should be placed in the corporate record book.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Mike--Please sign the EIN application along
with your SSN in 7b and return to me for filing as soon as
possible.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">All other documents that need board directors
signatures should be signed and returned to me when you can so
they can be filed in your corporate record book.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We are finally moving along to making Evergreen
an official nonprofit corporation!!</p>
