<p class="x_MsoNormal">Dear Evergreen Oversight Board,</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"> I have, reluctantly, decided to resign from the EOB. While I, optimistically, thought I could continue to serve, chair the 2019 Conference Committee, and assume a new position that involves a budget three times the size of PaILS,
48 employees as opposed to 2 at PaILS, and a far more complicated political milieu, something, frankly, has to give. I will continue to serve as 2019 Conference Chair. Regarding my EOB duties, I was working on the 1023 (which is now in the hands of the attorney)
and the checking account with which I had no success. Whomever decides to take on the checking account may have an easier time because we now have a Certificate of Good Standing from MOBIUS, our fiscal agent.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"> It has been a pleasure working with all of you, and I will be happy to assist in any way I can as some of these initiatives are moved to other board members.</p>
