[Evergreen-acq] Is anybody doing approval plans with Evergreen?

Hi all,

We're spending this year trying to wrap our heads around acquisitions
processes.  One question that has come up is approval plans.  How do
you all handle these?  Do you just go ahead and simply catalog
something + add it to acquisitions once it is approved?
