[Evergreen-acq] New direct charge types

Hi Tiffany,

We added the following at the request of our libraries:
Credit Memo - for credits issued by a vendor
Database - for database expenditures
Library Item - for items not accounted for in a line item
Salesman's Orders - for bulk purchases of titles bought from a visiting
salesman
Standing Order - for standing order items not accounted for in a line item
